# Naval Build Or Sell

## Purpose

Choose whether to learn building, selling, or both for a tech or business path.

## Read First

- `references/concept.md`

Read only the files needed for the current request.
All runtime references are local to this skill so the folder can be copied independently.

## Workflow

1. Score current build and sell ability using evidence, not identity.
2. Identify the venture's next twelve-month bottleneck.
3. Choose deepen, learn enough, partner, or hire for each side.
4. Create a thirty-day test that produces customer or product evidence.

## Output

Return these checkable fields:

- Capability evidence
- Venture bottleneck
- Build-sell allocation
- Partner profile
- Thirty-day test

## Boundaries

This skill allocates capability development; it does not replace product or go-to-market strategy.

Paraphrase by default and do not reproduce long passages from the book.
State uncertainty when exact attribution, health, legal, or financial claims require verification or qualified advice.
