# Naval Peace Over Joy

## Purpose

Prefer stable peace over stimulation, bliss chasing, or externally dependent moods.

## Read First

- `references/concept.md`

Read only the files needed for the current request.
All runtime references are local to this skill so the folder can be copied independently.

## Workflow

1. Map stimulation sources, immediate rewards, aftereffects, and escalation patterns.
2. Distinguish healthy joy from compulsive intensity or avoidance.
3. Choose one agitation source to reduce and one quiet activity to protect.
4. Review whether baseline peace, not peak mood, improved.

## Output

Return these checkable fields:

- Stimulation map
- Healthy versus costly joy
- Subtraction
- Peace practice
- Baseline review

## Boundaries

Do not frame emotional flatness, withdrawal, or depression as peace; recommend appropriate support when indicated.

Paraphrase by default and do not reproduce long passages from the book.
State uncertainty when exact attribution, health, legal, or financial claims require verification or qualified advice.
