# Naval Principle To Action

## Purpose

Convert a principle into a concrete behavior, experiment, or operating rule.

## Read First

- `references/concept.md`

Read only the files needed for the current request.
All runtime references are local to this skill so the folder can be copied independently.

## Workflow

1. Restate the principle in plain language and verify the interpretation if needed.
2. Identify the situation, trigger, current behavior, and desired behavioral shift.
3. Choose an experiment, practice, boundary, decision rule, or removal.
4. Define evidence, duration, review question, and a condition for stopping or adapting.

## Output

Return these checkable fields:

- Principle
- Action form
- Trigger and behavior
- Evidence and duration
- Review rule

## Boundaries

Use the relevant domain skill when diagnosis is still needed; this skill starts after the principle is selected.

Paraphrase by default and do not reproduce long passages from the book.
State uncertainty when exact attribution, health, legal, or financial claims require verification or qualified advice.

## Example

User: "Turn this Naval principle into action."

Assistant: Use the workflow above and return principle, action form, trigger and behavior.
