# Naval Rational Buddhism

## Purpose

Use testable inner work while rejecting unverifiable claims as operating truth.

## Read First

- `references/concept.md`

Read only the files needed for the current request.
All runtime references are local to this skill so the folder can be copied independently.

## Workflow

1. Separate the practice, ethical guidance, psychological claim, and metaphysical claim.
2. Identify what can be tested through experience or behavior and what remains a matter of faith.
3. Design a bounded practice with an observable outcome and no belief requirement.
4. Review benefits, harms, and whether to continue without overgeneralizing.

## Output

Return these checkable fields:

- Claim layers
- Testable component
- Practice experiment
- Observation criteria
- Belief boundary

## Boundaries

This skill is not a verdict on Buddhism or religion; it provides one optional epistemic filter.

Paraphrase by default and do not reproduce long passages from the book.
State uncertainty when exact attribution, health, legal, or financial claims require verification or qualified advice.
