# Naval Coverage Auditor

## Purpose

Check whether all book sections are represented by skills and references.

## Read First

Read only the files needed for the current request.
All runtime references are local to this skill so the folder can be copied independently.

## Workflow

1. Inventory the source sections, generated skills, concept references, workflows, and coverage matrix.
2. Check each source section for mapping, conceptual depth, distinct behavior, and output evidence.
3. Classify gaps as missing, shallow, duplicated, misplaced, or intentionally excluded.
4. Produce a remediation ledger without silently adding or removing skills.

## Output

Return these checkable fields:

- Coverage counts
- Gap ledger
- Duplicate or shallow mappings
- Intentional exclusions
- Remediation order

## Boundaries

This skill audits a corpus implementation; it does not answer an ordinary Naval coaching request.

Paraphrase by default and do not reproduce long passages from the book.
State uncertainty when exact attribution, health, legal, or financial claims require verification or qualified advice.
