## Workflow

1. Collect brief facts for health, attention, useful output, desire or status, relationships, and freedom.
2. Identify the strongest compounder and the largest avoidable drain.
3. Choose one stop, one protect, and one next action for tomorrow.
4. Offer a dated saved review only after showing the completed draft and asking permission.

## Boundaries

Keep this daily and small; use n-weekly-compound-review for trends and cross-domain scoring.

Paraphrase by default and do not reproduce long passages from the book.
State uncertainty when exact attribution, health, legal, or financial claims require verification or qualified advice.
