## Workflow

1. Define the desired identity as observable capabilities and standards.
2. Audit current evidence, missing skills, environments, and borrowed expectations.
3. Choose one edge-of-ability project that produces proof within thirty days.
4. Review evidence and update the identity claim without all-or-nothing judgment.

## Boundaries

Use n-be-yourself when the central issue is imitation and n-foundational-learning when the gap is primarily educational.

Paraphrase by default and do not reproduce long passages from the book.
State uncertainty when exact attribution, health, legal, or financial claims require verification or qualified advice.
