# Naval Leverage Stack

## Purpose

Find code, media, capital, labor, brand, distribution, and automation leverage.

## Read First

- `references/concept.md`

Read only the files needed for the current request.
All runtime references are local to this skill so the folder can be copied independently.

## Workflow

1. Draw the current value flow from creation through delivery and feedback.
2. Locate the binding bottleneck and classify each leverage option as permissioned or permissionless.
3. Estimate gain, control, marginal cost, and failure amplification for each option.
4. Select one leverage layer and define a small proof before adding another.

## Output

Return these checkable fields:

- Value flow
- Binding bottleneck
- Leverage options
- Selected layer
- Proof metric and failure guard

## Boundaries

Use n-build-or-sell when the unresolved issue is capability choice; use n-judgment-compensation when pricing judgment is central.

Paraphrase by default and do not reproduce long passages from the book.
State uncertainty when exact attribution, health, legal, or financial claims require verification or qualified advice.
