# Naval Life Formulas

## Purpose

Use Naval's formula-style writing for health, wealth, happiness, income, and learning.

## Read First

- `references/concept.md`

Read only the files needed for the current request.
All runtime references are local to this skill so the folder can be copied independently.

## Workflow

1. Choose the domain and inspect the corresponding paraphrased formula family in the concept reference.
2. Define every term and whether the relationship is additive, multiplicative, limiting, or directional.
3. Adapt the formula to the user's context and identify the binding term.
4. Translate the weakest term into one experiment and state where the formula breaks down.

## Output

Return these checkable fields:

- Formula
- Term definitions
- Binding variable
- Experiment
- Limits of the model

## Boundaries

Use n-rules for a compact behavioral reminder; formulas explain interacting variables.

Paraphrase by default and do not reproduce long passages from the book.
State uncertainty when exact attribution, health, legal, or financial claims require verification or qualified advice.
