# Naval Luck Engineering

## Purpose

Create conditions for luck through motion, skill, reputation, and unique character.

## Read First

- `references/concept.md`

Read only the files needed for the current request.
All runtime references are local to this skill so the folder can be copied independently.

## Workflow

1. Score current exposure to blind, motion-based, prepared, and character-based luck.
2. Identify the weakest controllable form and its bottleneck.
3. Design one motion practice, one preparation practice, and one reputation artifact.
4. Choose a thirty-day luck-surface experiment and log unexpected contacts or opportunities.

## Output

Return these checkable fields:

- Four-luck profile
- Controllable bottleneck
- Practices
- Thirty-day experiment
- Signal log

## Boundaries

Do not promise outcomes or disguise reckless volume as luck creation.

Paraphrase by default and do not reproduce long passages from the book.
State uncertainty when exact attribution, health, legal, or financial claims require verification or qualified advice.
