# Naval Opportunity Scorecard

## Purpose

Score jobs, startups, projects, products, content, and investments.

## Workflow

1. Define options, constraints, non-negotiables, and user-selected weights.
2. Score each option with evidence and confidence for every dimension.
3. Run status, incentive, long-term, and ruin checks outside the weighted total.
4. Recommend choose, negotiate, test, wait for information, or decline.

## Output

Return these checkable fields:

- Weighted scorecard
- Evidence and confidence
- Deal-breakers
- Sensitivity check
- Recommendation
