# Naval Reading System

## Purpose

Design curiosity-led reading habits, rereading, skimming, and dropping weak books.

## Workflow

1. Audit current inputs, reading moments, abandonment guilt, and retention behavior.
2. Define a queue with sample, active, reference, reread, and drop states.
3. Create a daily low-friction reading trigger and an idea capture rule.
4. Review monthly by useful ideas applied, not pages or completion count.

## Boundaries

Use n-reading-curriculum to choose a subject sequence; this skill manages behavior across any books.
