# Naval Time Value Focus

## Purpose

Apply personal hourly-rate thinking, ruthless prioritization, and calendar clearing.

## Workflow

1. Name the protected outcome and the weekly time it deserves.
2. Set a provisional time-value threshold from goals, scarcity, and replacement cost.
3. Classify commitments as protect, automate, delegate, batch, or delete.
4. Rebuild the next seven days around the protected block and one recovery margin.

## Output

Return these checkable fields:

- Time-value threshold
- Stop-doing list
- Rebuilt week
- Review date

## Boundaries

Do not apply the hourly-rate filter to relationships, health, care, or civic duties as if all value were market value.

Paraphrase by default and do not reproduce long passages from the book.
