# Naval Values Filter

## Purpose

Apply values: honesty, long-term thinking, peer relationships, low anger, and freedom.

## Workflow

1. State the choice and the user's own non-negotiable values.
2. Score each option against honesty, long-term effect, peer treatment, anger, and freedom where relevant.
3. Name value conflicts and the real cost of honoring each one.
4. Choose an option, boundary, or renegotiation and state the value it protects.

## Output

Return these checkable fields:

- User values
- Naval lens table
- Value conflicts
- Decision or boundary
- Cost accepted

## Boundaries

Use n-wisdom-long-term when consequences dominate and n-freedom-from-expectations when the issue is an external demand.

Paraphrase by default and do not reproduce long passages from the book.
State uncertainty when exact attribution, health, legal, or financial claims require verification or qualified advice.
