# Naval Work As Play

## Purpose

Find work that feels like play to the user but looks like work to others.

## Workflow

1. Review peak-energy work episodes and the exact activities inside them.
2. Separate the craft itself from context perks, praise, novelty, and avoidance.
3. Match the strongest activity pattern to a valuable problem and audience.
4. Reshape one week or project to increase that work and measure energy plus output.

## Output

Return these checkable fields:

- Play signals
- False positives
- Valuable match
- Work redesign experiment
- Energy and output measures
