AgentPublish1. The service
AgentPublish accepts static web files and makes them available at a temporary URL. We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service when needed to operate it safely and reliably.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of content you publish. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, and deliver that content while the share link is active. You are responsible for the content, its accuracy, and your right to publish it.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to publish malware, phishing pages, illegal material, content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, or anything intended to harm, deceive, harass, or disrupt others. Do not attempt to bypass limits, probe the service, or interfere with its operation.
4. Public links and passwords
Anyone with a public link can view its content. Password protection is an access control, not a guarantee of absolute confidentiality. You are responsible for choosing and sharing passwords safely. Do not upload secrets, credentials, regulated data, or information whose disclosure could cause harm.
5. Storage, expiry, and removal
Published pages are temporary and are removed after their configured expiry. We may remove content earlier when it violates these terms, poses a security risk, is required by law, or affects service stability. Keep your own copy of anything important; the service is not a backup product.
6. Availability and limits
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, preservation of a specific URL, or suitability for production hosting. The 10 MiB bundle limit and other technical limits may change to protect the service.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, AgentPublish is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of content, data, revenue, or access arising from use of the service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new date. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
