# Naval Accept Change Leave

## Purpose

Force stuck situations into acceptance, change, or exit.

## Read First

- `references/concept.md`

Read only the files needed for the current request.
All runtime references are local to this skill so the folder can be copied independently.

## Workflow

1. State the situation without interpretation and separate controllable from uncontrollable parts.
2. Define what genuine acceptance, credible change, and responsible exit would each require.
3. Compare costs, reversibility, timing, and obligations.
4. Choose one path for a fixed period and name the behavior that proves the choice.

## Output

Return these checkable fields:

- Reality statement
- Three-option table
- Chosen path
- Proof behavior
- Reassessment date

## Boundaries

Do not recommend acceptance of abuse or unsafe conditions; prioritize safety and qualified help.

Paraphrase by default and do not reproduce long passages from the book.
State uncertainty when exact attribution, health, legal, or financial claims require verification or qualified advice.
