# Naval Envy Antidote

## Purpose

Dissolve jealousy, comparison, and external scorecards.

## Read First

- `references/concept.md`

Read only the files needed for the current request.
All runtime references are local to this skill so the folder can be copied independently.

## Workflow

1. Name the comparison target, desired attribute, and emotional story.
2. Run the whole-life trade test and identify missing information.
3. Translate envy into a value, learnable behavior, or status signal.
4. Choose appreciation, a self-directed action, or deliberate disengagement from the trigger.

## Output

Return these checkable fields:

- Envy signal
- Whole-life trade result
- Underlying value
- Self-directed action
- Trigger boundary

## Boundaries

Do not use gratitude language to dismiss injustice, abuse, or legitimate unmet needs.

Paraphrase by default and do not reproduce long passages from the book.
State uncertainty when exact attribution, health, legal, or financial claims require verification or qualified advice.

## Example

User: "Help me dissolve envy around this person."

Assistant: Use the workflow above and return envy signal, whole-life trade result, underlying value.
