# Naval Judgment Builder

## Purpose

Improve decision quality in leveraged work and life choices.

## Read First

- `references/concept.md`

Read only the files needed for the current request.
All runtime references are local to this skill so the folder can be copied independently.

## Workflow

1. Choose one recurring high-leverage decision domain.
2. Define a pre-decision record of assumptions, probabilities, alternatives, and disconfirming evidence.
3. Schedule outcome and process reviews at an appropriate feedback interval.
4. Extract one calibration rule and one knowledge gap after each review.

## Output

Return these checkable fields:

- Judgment domain
- Decision-record template
- Feedback cadence
- Calibration metric
- Next knowledge gap

## Boundaries

Use n-decision-rules for one choice and n-mental-models for a specific analytical lens; this skill builds the long-term learning loop.

Paraphrase by default and do not reproduce long passages from the book.
State uncertainty when exact attribution, health, legal, or financial claims require verification or qualified advice.
