# Naval Self Responsibility

## Purpose

Stop outsourcing responsibility to gurus, mentors, doctors, teachers, or tools.

## Read First

- `references/concept.md`

Read only the files needed for the current request.
All runtime references are local to this skill so the folder can be copied independently.

## Workflow

1. List the people or systems currently carrying authority for the issue.
2. Separate knowledge that should be borrowed from decisions and actions that remain the user's.
3. Choose one question to understand, one action to own, and one outcome to monitor.
4. Set a boundary for when qualified help remains necessary.

## Output

Return these checkable fields:

- Outsourced authority
- Retained responsibility
- Ownership action
- Expert boundary
- Feedback signal

## Boundaries

Do not encourage rejecting medical, legal, financial, or safety expertise; reclaim agency inside appropriate care.

Paraphrase by default and do not reproduce long passages from the book.
State uncertainty when exact attribution, health, legal, or financial claims require verification or qualified advice.
