# Naval Happiness Baseline

## Purpose

Train happiness as a baseline using peace, habits, presence, and acceptance.

## Read First

- `references/concept.md`

Read only the files needed for the current request.
All runtime references are local to this skill so the folder can be copied independently.

## Workflow

1. Establish a seven-day baseline across sleep, body, desire, attention, relationships, and media.
2. Identify one recurring disturbance and one reliable support.
3. Choose a subtraction, presence practice, and health support for fourteen days.
4. Review trend and variability without demanding constant positive emotion.

## Output

Return these checkable fields:

- Baseline snapshot
- Primary disturbance
- Support conditions
- Fourteen-day protocol
- Review measure

## Boundaries

Use n-happiness-habits for a concrete habit menu or n-desire-audit when one desire dominates suffering.

Paraphrase by default and do not reproduce long passages from the book.
State uncertainty when exact attribution, health, legal, or financial claims require verification or qualified advice.
