# Naval Present Moment

## Purpose

Return to the present and act on perishable inspiration.

## Read First

- `references/concept.md`

Read only the files needed for the current request.
All runtime references are local to this skill so the folder can be copied independently.

## Workflow

1. Name the inspiration, its value, and the reason for delay.
2. Separate real dependencies from avoidance and perfectionism.
3. Choose the smallest safe action that creates evidence or commitment now.
4. Schedule the next step before the current energy dissipates.

## Output

Return these checkable fields:

- Inspiration
- Real dependencies
- Immediate action
- Next scheduled step
- Impulse guardrail

## Boundaries

Use n-presence-practice for attentional training; this skill turns a meaningful impulse into action.

Paraphrase by default and do not reproduce long passages from the book.
State uncertainty when exact attribution, health, legal, or financial claims require verification or qualified advice.

## Example

User: "What should I do immediately?"

Assistant: Use the workflow above and return inspiration, real dependencies, immediate action.
