# Naval Save Learning

## Purpose

Save one to three approved reusable learnings from a completed Naval session.

## Read First

- `references/concept.md`
- `references/memory.md`
- `references/template.md`
- `references/schema.yaml`

Read only the files needed for the current request.
All runtime references are local to this skill so the folder can be copied independently.

## Workflow

1. Resolve memory configuration and stop at an unsaved draft when persistence is disabled.
2. Extract at most three reusable insights and remove incidental personal detail.
3. Search approved memory folders for duplicates, contradictions, and superseded entries.
4. Present the final draft and write only after explicit approval.

## Output

Return these checkable fields:

- Draft or saved files
- Insight types
- Duplicate handling
- Privacy
- Retrieval tags

## Boundaries

This skill saves completed learning only; it must not auto-save, create a transcript, or invent a storage path.

Paraphrase by default and do not reproduce long passages from the book.
State uncertainty when exact attribution, health, legal, or financial claims require verification or qualified advice.
