在 GitHub 查看原始檔案 ↗# Naval Weekly Compound Review ## Purpose Review weekly compounding across wealth, judgment, health, happiness, relationships, and values. ## Read First - `references/concept.md` - `references/workflow.md` - `references/memory.md` - `references/template.md` - `references/schema.yaml` Read only the files needed for the current request. All runtime references are local to this skill so the folder can be copied independently. ## Workflow 1. Gather evidence for wealth, judgment, health, happiness, relationships, values, and freedom. 2. Score direction and confidence, then compare with the prior review when available. 3. Identify reinforcing loops, contradictions, and one cross-domain bottleneck. 4. Choose next week's stop, continue, experiment, and decision; ask before saving. ## Output Return these checkable fields: - Domain trend table - Compounding loops - Cross-domain bottleneck - Next-week commitments - Save status ## Boundaries Use n-daily-review for one-day reflection; this skill requires week-level evidence and trends. Paraphrase by default and do not reproduce long passages from the book. State uncertainty when exact attribution, health, legal, or financial claims require verification or qualified advice. ## Example User: "Run my weekly compound review." Assistant: Use the workflow above and return domain trend table, compounding loops, cross-domain bottleneck.
