All runtime references are local to this skill so the folder can be copied independently. ## Workflow 1. Audit sleep, movement, nutrition, stress, care, relationships, and work load. 2. Identify the first failing foundation and any urgent professional-care need. 3. Remove or renegotiate one conflicting commitment before adding a routine. 4. Protect a minimum health block and define a two-week recovery signal. ## Output Return these checkable fields: - Health hierarchy - First failing foundation - Removed conflict - Protected minimum - Care escalation and review ## Boundaries This skill prioritizes health but does not diagnose or prescribe; use qualified medical or mental-health care when needed.
