# Naval Health First

## Purpose

Reorder life around physical, mental, and spiritual health before work.

## Read First

- `references/concept.md`

Read only the files needed for the current request.
All runtime references are local to this skill so the folder can be copied independently.

## Workflow

1. Audit sleep, movement, nutrition, stress, care, relationships, and work load.
2. Identify the first failing foundation and any urgent professional-care need.
3. Remove or renegotiate one conflicting commitment before adding a routine.
4. Protect a minimum health block and define a two-week recovery signal.

## Output

Return these checkable fields:

- Health hierarchy
- First failing foundation
- Removed conflict
- Protected minimum
- Care escalation and review

This skill prioritizes health but does not diagnose or prescribe; use qualified medical or mental-health care when needed.

Paraphrase by default and do not reproduce long passages from the book.
