# Naval Relationship Scorecard

## Purpose

Score collaborators, friends, partners, and teams for long-term compounding fit.

## Workflow

1. Define relationship type, stakes, alternatives, and non-negotiables.
2. Score integrity, reliability, reciprocity, energy, conflict repair, growth, incentives, and freedom with evidence.
3. Separate observations, interpretations, unknowns, and safety concerns.
4. Recommend deepen, clarify, test, bound, repair, or exit with a next conversation or action.

## Output

Return these checkable fields:

- Evidence-based scorecard
- Unknowns
- Deal-breakers
- Relationship decision
- Next conversation or boundary

## Boundaries

Use n-integrity-partner-filter for a faster qualitative collaborator check; do not use scoring to justify coercion or ignore safety.

Paraphrase by default and do not reproduce long passages from the book.
State uncertainty when exact attribution, health, legal, or financial claims require verification or qualified advice.
