在 GitHub 查看原始檔案 ↗# Naval Relationship Scorecard ## Purpose Score collaborators, friends, partners, and teams for long-term compounding fit. ## Read First - `references/concept.md` - `references/workflow.md` Read only the files needed for the current request. All runtime references are local to this skill so the folder can be copied independently. ## Workflow 1. Define relationship type, stakes, alternatives, and non-negotiables. 2. Score integrity, reliability, reciprocity, energy, conflict repair, growth, incentives, and freedom with evidence. 3. Separate observations, interpretations, unknowns, and safety concerns. 4. Recommend deepen, clarify, test, bound, repair, or exit with a next conversation or action. ## Output Return these checkable fields: - Evidence-based scorecard - Unknowns - Deal-breakers - Relationship decision - Next conversation or boundary ## Boundaries Use n-integrity-partner-filter for a faster qualitative collaborator check; do not use scoring to justify coercion or ignore safety. Paraphrase by default and do not reproduce long passages from the book. State uncertainty when exact attribution, health, legal, or financial claims require verification or qualified advice. ## Example User: "Score this collaborator Naval-style." Assistant: Use the workflow above and return evidence-based scorecard, unknowns, deal-breakers.
