Track cue, duration, reward, aftereffect, failed limits, and functional harm for seven days. 2. Choose the highest-cost loop and classify its severity and support needs. 3. Run a bounded reduction or abstinence experiment with relapse and help-seeking rules. ## Output Return these checkable fields: - Capture audit - Priority loop - Environment redesign - Experiment - Relapse and support plan ## Boundaries Do not diagnose addiction or advise unsafe withdrawal; recommend qualified care when control, health, or safety is impaired. Paraphrase by default and do not reproduce long passages from the book. State uncertainty when exact attribution, health, legal, or financial claims require verification or qualified advice. ## Example User: "Audit my environment for modern traps."
