# Naval Modern Addiction Defense

## Workflow

1. Track cue, duration, reward, aftereffect, failed limits, and functional harm for seven days.
2. Choose the highest-cost loop and classify its severity and support needs.
3. Add access friction, remove cues, protect vulnerable times, and install a satisfying substitute.
4. Run a bounded reduction or abstinence experiment with relapse and help-seeking rules.

Do not diagnose addiction or advise unsafe withdrawal; recommend qualified care when control, health, or safety is impaired.
