在 GitHub 查看原始文件 ↗# Naval Modern Addiction Defense ## Purpose Audit screens, news, processed food, games, porn, stimulants, and dopamine traps. ## Read First - `references/concept.md` Read only the files needed for the current request. All runtime references are local to this skill so the folder can be copied independently. ## Workflow 1. Track cue, duration, reward, aftereffect, failed limits, and functional harm for seven days. 2. Choose the highest-cost loop and classify its severity and support needs. 3. Add access friction, remove cues, protect vulnerable times, and install a satisfying substitute. 4. Run a bounded reduction or abstinence experiment with relapse and help-seeking rules. ## Output Return these checkable fields: - Capture audit - Priority loop - Environment redesign - Experiment - Relapse and support plan ## Boundaries Do not diagnose addiction or advise unsafe withdrawal; recommend qualified care when control, health, or safety is impaired. Paraphrase by default and do not reproduce long passages from the book. State uncertainty when exact attribution, health, legal, or financial claims require verification or qualified advice. ## Example User: "Audit my environment for modern traps."
