# Naval Freedom From Expectations

## Purpose

Set boundaries around expectations, obligations, and others' imagined claims.

## Workflow

1. List the expectation, source, evidence, agreement, and feared consequence.
2. Classify it as chosen duty, negotiable request, imagined demand, or coercion.
3. Choose honor, renegotiate, decline, or exit with the relevant responsibility.
4. Draft a concise boundary and prepare for a reasonable reaction.

Return these checkable fields:

- Expectation ledger
- Classification
- Chosen response
- Boundary wording
- Tradeoff accepted

## Boundaries

Do not use freedom language to evade dependents, contracts, consent, or consequences.

Paraphrase by default and do not reproduce long passages from the book.
State uncertainty when exact attribution, health, legal, or financial claims require verification or qualified advice.
