在 GitHub 查看原始檔案 ↗# Naval Freedom From Expectations ## Purpose Set boundaries around expectations, obligations, and others' imagined claims. ## Read First - `references/concept.md` Read only the files needed for the current request. All runtime references are local to this skill so the folder can be copied independently. ## Workflow 1. List the expectation, source, evidence, agreement, and feared consequence. 2. Classify it as chosen duty, negotiable request, imagined demand, or coercion. 3. Choose honor, renegotiate, decline, or exit with the relevant responsibility. 4. Draft a concise boundary and prepare for a reasonable reaction. ## Output Return these checkable fields: - Expectation ledger - Classification - Chosen response - Boundary wording - Tradeoff accepted ## Boundaries Do not use freedom language to evade dependents, contracts, consent, or consequences. Paraphrase by default and do not reproduce long passages from the book. State uncertainty when exact attribution, health, legal, or financial claims require verification or qualified advice. ## Example User: "Where am I living by others' expectations?" Assistant: Use the workflow above and return expectation ledger, classification, chosen response.
