# Naval Meditation System

## Purpose

Create a practical awareness, sitting, walking, or journaling meditation protocol.

## Read First

- `references/concept.md`
- `references/workflow.md`

Read only the files needed for the current request.
All runtime references are local to this skill so the folder can be copied independently.

## Workflow

1. Screen for practical constraints, distress history, and whether guided support is appropriate.
2. Choose full sixty-day sitting, a scaled protocol, walking awareness, or journaling observation.
3. Define posture, duration, cue, observation instruction, interruption rule, and daily log.
4. Set weekly reviews and stop or seek-support conditions for worsening distress.

## Output

Return these checkable fields:

- Protocol choice
- Daily instructions
- Sixty-day or scaled calendar
- Log fields
- Safety and review rules

## Boundaries

Use n-presence-practice for a brief in-the-moment exercise and n-mental-debugging to investigate one recurring thought loop.

Paraphrase by default and do not reproduce long passages from the book.
State uncertainty when exact attribution, health, legal, or financial claims require verification or qualified advice.

User: "Design a 60-day meditation protocol."
